What You Are Paying For
The charter price is the boat, the crew of eight, every meal, and all non-alcoholic drinks for the length of the trip.
Park fees, alcohol, flights and insurance sit outside it. We list them rather than bury them.

- Stay on the boat during the trip
- Premium photo and video documentation using Drone, GoPro, and Mirrorless cameras (raw footage only).
- Meals during the trip

- Life vest
- Pick-up and drop-off services from the hotel or airport to the meeting point are provided exclusively within the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbor. Accommodation on other islands or in the Manjaga area will not be covered for pick-up

- Komodo National Park fee. Ticket prices are subject to change based on the prevailing government regulations at the time of the trip.
- Drone ticket for Komodo National Park. Estimated cost: IDR 2.100.000. Not mandatory & permit should be requested 7 days before the trip.

50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure.

Cancellation 30+ days before departure: deposit refundable minus administration fee.

Cancellation within 14 days before departure is non-refundable.

The itinerary may change due to weather and sea conditions for safety reasons.
